Yes. Harsh cleaning products are harmful for our staff and the environment. We use a line of professional cleaning products that eco-friendly and have only a light fragrance. We only use washable high quality microfiber cloths.
Yes. MTZ Cleaning Services will provide all the necessary equipment and cleaning supplies for the job. That means you don’t have to worry about remembering to buy or put out any supplies. However, we will be happy to use your preferred product if you make it available to us. A waiver of responsibility must accompany these products.
Typically, our teams work 7:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, and from 7:30 am to 12:00 noon on Saturday. Other arrangements may be made upon request.
Regarding pets, we do not mind them roaming the house because we love pets! However, for the protection of our staff and your pets, we request that any pet which may become nervous or aggressive during our cleaning visits be either kenneled, restrained to a room in which we will not be cleaning, or kept outside in a fenced area that our staff will not have to enter.

Yes and no. MTZ Cleaning Services offers customers the choice of both contracted and non-contracted cleaning services to fit the unique needs of its customers. However, we strive to achieve client loyalty and repeat business through the quality of our work, so a signed contract is usually not needed.
During your in-home estimate with your MTZ Cleaning Services representative, your preference for day and time will be discussed and scheduled. You may set up reoccurring services for the same day and time, or alter them as needed to accommodate your schedule. Residential cleaning is primarily completed during our normal business hours of 7:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, and 7:30 am to noon on Saturday.
